Work.Life – Courtyard Building

In the heart of Hatton Garden, we helped furnish Work.Life’s newest coworking space, Courtyard Building, with a rich, layered palette and furniture built for longevity. Across all seven floors, we supplied a full suite of workplace furniture tailored to support everything from focused work to casual collaboration and energetic events.

Colour, Comfort, and Community

Meeting rooms are individually styled to reflect their gemstone names, pairing Rawside Workaround tables with HAY AAC 223 chairs in Kvadrat and Camira tones. ‘Emerald’ features deep green upholstery, while ‘Ruby’ leans into warm red and brick finishes, and ‘Sapphire’ is dressed in cool, blue tones. These subtle colour cues give each room its own identity while creating an intuitive flow throughout the building.

Built for People

We supplied and installed a wide mix of pieces to suit every corner of the building. Oban modular sofas anchor the lounges, paired with Sunda coffee tables in black-washed oak and pops of colour from Normann Copenhagen Bit stools. In the café, a 4.8m-long Rawside poseur table sits alongside bar stools by Johanson and Allermuir Kin low chairs in soft grey and pistachio.

Workstations span seven floors with Nowy Styl Easy Space desking and Eggy task chairs, while bookcases, lockers, and folding Rigg tables support everything from focused work to busy events. Custom banquettes from JDD Casper with integrated power sit neatly within teapoints, adding to the layers of comfort and flexibility throughout.
