Publicis Sapient’s workspace needed more than a visual update, it required intelligent, sustainable furniture choices that would serve a diverse team with equally diverse working styles. Working closely with our sister company Modus, we delivered a considered furniture scheme that aligned with Sapient’s values around community, neuro-inclusion and low-impact design. Each product was selected to encourage movement, collaboration and wellbeing, from custom integrated pieces to standout design-led pieces for lounge and teapoint areas.

Supporting Space, Culture, and Connection

Collaboration zones were anchored by statement furniture designed to support flexible interactions. In the meeting rooms, long black and oak Pyramid Wood tables by Mobili were specified with integrated cable management.

In the soft meeting areas, we introduced three ergonomic Boss Design Paloma chairs on castors for flexible comfort. These were paired with sleek ICONS OF DENMARK Level laptop tables in black compact laminate, ideal for semi-formal meetings or one-to-ones.

Throughout the open plan workspace, a standout installation came in the form of a 4.2m touchdown Bee-Cosy banquette by DAVISON HIGHLEY. Designed with central planters and sustainable Camira Oceanic and Quest upholstery, it provides both privacy and moments of biophilic connection.

Statement Pieces for Style and Purpose

Furniture in the dining and lounge areas was selected for durability and charm. The B&T DESIGN Globe dining tables and Deadgood Setter chairs introduced a soft domesticity, while the lounge zones featured B&T DESIGN Kav swivel chairs and B&T DESIGN Sini coffee tables in a playful nest arrangement of terracotta and grey finishes.

Additional pieces included ARTIFORT Compass laptop tables in oak, and a collection of ergonomically refined touchdown seating from FLOKK HÅG Tion, built with up to 75% recycled materials. Designed to be easily disassembled and repaired, these chairs align with circular design principles and support a long product life.

High-use social zones were completed with durable NORR11 Langue bar stools, JOHANSON Sputnik stools in Quest fabric, and stylish teapoint furniture including B&T DESIGN Alek dining chairs. In the Wellness Room, a comfortable B&T DESIGN Pick Double 240 sofa ensured a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere
