Accelya

Working alongside our sister company Two, we delivered the furniture package for Accelya’s new Windsor office, a space shaped to resemble an exclusive airport lounge. We approached the project with a mix of new items and retained existing furniture, ensuring cohesion with the brand while meeting evolving functionality.

Blending New with Known

Across the open plan, we retained existing workstations complemented by Interstuhl’s Every chairs, already in use with white frames, blue seat pads and black mesh backs. These were paired with existing storage drawers and monitor arms, maintaining continuity across desking.

New pieces were introduced to add tactility and tone. RAWSIDE’s desk-end lockers and four-door storage units in cloud grey MFC with oak planters subtly defined the space while adding much-needed storage. In the Club House teapoint, Muuto VISU WOOD chairs in midnight blue lacquered oak and Mobili black café tables shifted the tone, creating a casual, sociable atmosphere. A tailored Monsal banquette by Sixteen3, upholstered in Gabriel grain recycled fabric, wrapped the perimeter with integrated power units to support agile use throughout the day.

Quiet Zones and Soft Arrival

Across lounge and individual work areas, we continued to blend softness with performance. Modus’s Pearson Lloyd Edge high back chairs, fully upholstered with integrated power and pivoting tables, created individual pods for quiet work. The welcome lounge combined existing lounge chairs and tables with new additions, including the Boss Design Amelia high back chair, NORR11’s Hippo lounge chairs in light smoked oak, and their textured Gear coffee table, adding sculptural simplicity.

&Tradition Rely stools in recycled stone grey plastic and Johanson’s Sputnik stools in Gabriel fabric introduced a sustainable and textural mix to breakout areas. The scheme was tied together by layered tones, from black linoleum finishes on Muuto Base high tables to the Deadgood Chonk side table, which is made from at least 85% recycled steel, offering both environmental value and a bold design statement.

The balance of repurposed and new pieces allowed Accelya to maintain continuity with their existing palette while embracing a new layout and more agile ways of working. From flexible meeting zones to focused pods, each area is underpinned by intentional furniture choices that echo the brand’s sense of clarity and ease.
