7 Bishopsgate, Level 4

Size

8,300 Sq ft

Location

EC2, London

Level 4 of 7 Bishopsgate, delivered in collaboration with Ambit, was designed to support dynamic workstyles in a Tenant-Ready™ format for BentallGreenOak (BGO). With hybrid working front of mind, our role was to provide a furniture package that balanced adaptability, functionality and style, while remaining true to the natural tones and circular motifs introduced throughout the interior architecture.

A Workspace Designed for Performance

Across the open plan, duo adjustable desks from Lavoro Design with black frames and white tops anchor the main work areas. These are paired with black Interstuhl task chairs, offering ergonomic support and flexibility. Complementing this setup are compact storage units and planter-topped lockers by Narbutas, providing practical storage with subtle zoning.

Meeting rooms are fully kitted out to accommodate a range of group sizes. Larger spaces feature rectangular and round tables from Rawside Bass and Orangebox Convo, complete with integrated power from Broadpower. Seating is provided by Paralel from MDD, with chairs finished in textured dark grey and soft brick-red fabrics, detailed with black metal bases and timber arms. A six-person high-back Delia booth by JDD, upholstered in bark brown and soft flax-like weaves, introduces a more private setting for focused collaboration.

Elevated Comfort and Cohesion

In breakout and wellness zones, we leaned into natural tones and tactile finishes. A large Edge Free green-framed sofa from Modus Furniture and matching olive painted credenzas anchor the lounge areas, supported by a curved Ghia coffee table from Arper and Calibre Side Table from Wendelbo in oak veneer and black powder-coated finishes. EsPattio Marina lounge chairs and poufs upholstered in warm copper and soft ivory-like textures add comfort and softness to enclosed retreat spaces.

The teapoint brings a hospitality feel with round café tables by Mobili, timber Nerd Bar stools from Muuto, and matching café chairs by Audo. Meeting-style seating with azure blue and soft off-white tones from Frankie Johanson and B&T Design Pera are used throughout collaborative and coworking areas, helping unify the look and feel across multiple zones, ensuring the space is as functional as it is welcoming.
