Ela Banach recently celebrated her five year anniversary with team Platfform! We are so pleased with how she has grown with us over the years, continuing to be a key member of the team as we have evolved as a business.

Ela joined us in 2016 after attaining a Masters degree in Product Design. After her initial interviews, it was clear she was the perfect candidate for the initial role of supporting the sales team. Her creativity and drive to learn everything about her role and the products we proposed on every project really shone through.

Working within the furniture department she developed her passion for furniture and decided that this was the career path she wanted to continue to follow. As the years have gone by she has leapt at the chance to expand her role to include CAD work and taking on a key sales position, working alongside the Furniture Consultants in a hybrid role that gives her and the company, the flexibility to utilise all of her many skills.

In addition to being great at her job, she is also a very caring person who always offers to help out her colleagues if she sees them struggling, even if that means her having to stay late to complete her own projects.

Outside of work she also loves to keep busy and have fun with her many hobbies including arts and crafts, repurposing old furniture, bouldering and socialising with friends, I don’t know where she finds the time!!!!

We are so impressed by everything Ela does, she truly is a superstar and the whole Platfform team look forward to working with her for many more years to come.
