This International Technology and Data Firm needed a furniture package to meet the needs of focused teams, support collaboration, and reflect the firm’s high-performance culture. In collaboration with our sister company, Modus, we delivered a full suite of furniture across nine levels, tailoring every space with intent, practicality, and visual continuity.

Pieces with Purpose

The furniture brief was clean, confident and versatile, built for everyday use without losing edge. Meeting rooms and internal zones featured Arena chairs from Icons of Denmark, Phoenix chairs with recycled aluminium frames from OFFECCT, and HEM’s Kumo chairs in soft Porcelain grey fabric. Side and coffee tables from HEM in solid black oak helped carry a consistent material thread across spaces. In the teapoint, Norr11 stools in Dark Smoked Oak sat alongside bespoke walnut veneer tables with metal cross-bases.

Framery Q Meeting Maggie and O pods were installed across all levels. We also supplied double-sided mobile whiteboards from Lintex and mobile room dividers with integrated planters and whiteboards from Icons of Denmark, giving teams greater flexibility in how they use the space.

People-First Furniture

The package spanned wellness rooms, quiet booths, games areas, and open collaboration zones, each with its own pace and palette. We supplied MDD Mesh armchairs in the breakout and soft seating areas, Roset Pukka armchairs from Ligne Roset for the meditation room, and Coin coffee table and Mango Lounge chair from Wendelbo in the collaboration areas. Corner curved modular sofas from the BOB system by Blå Station, upholstered in Kvadrat Remix blends, were used across lounges and open-plan zones to anchor informal team gatherings.

Outdoor terraces were furnished with Frida rope-wrapped lounge chairs, Vincent solid teak coffee tables, and protective covers from Vincent Sheppard. From terrace to teapoint, every piece was selected to support comfort, collaboration and longevity, aligned with the firm’s people-first mindset.
