This, coupled with his ‘let’s just get stuck in’ approach, guarantees a tailored approach to every project, every time.

Carol’s been in the design and furniture industry for over 25 years, beginning her career as an Interior Designer in France before moving into furniture management. Carol's caring nature, team player attitude, keen eye for detail and natural ease at co-ordination and project management is what sets her apart, no task is too tricky! Taking a methodical approach to everything she does, Carol loves getting involved with all fit out projects; designers, suppliers, construction and project managers. Her 100% commitment to delivering the best outcomes for her clients and her flair for taking an organised approach means that you can be sure her clients benefit from the best possible service.
Senior Furniture Consultant
Ela has been working for Platfform for over eight years. Working closely with designers, she has been responsible for creating detailed furniture packages, including budgets, and finalising finishes based on clients’ briefs and project requirements. Her extensive product knowledge and deep understanding of the industry enable her to meet clients’ needs without compromising on design. Ela holds an MA in Product Design which has provided her with valuable experience, technical knowledge, and a strong understanding of materials and fabrication techniques. Ela is passionate about contemporary furniture and its role in modern life, specifically the sociology of objects in everyday life and how people interact with them.
Furniture Consultant
Bryony has been working in the furniture industry for ten years. Starting her career at an interior architecture studio and moving into furniture, she has a keen interest in product design, architecture, and interior spaces. Growing up between France and England allowed Bryony to work with designers and architects from all over the world. Bryony loves to immerse herself in the design process, that paired with her almost encyclopaedic knowledge of furniture means she’s guaranteed to find the best products for your space.

Aida has been in the furniture industry for over nine years, working on both the manufacturer and dealer side. Her journey has seen her handle everything from specification and design to delivery and finance. With a background in Industrial Engineering, she is passionate about interior design and researching new products and trends. Aida loves working closely with the client and design team, providing product options and developing specifications to ensure furniture packages meet the requirements to guarantee that the project's look and feel remain unique to the client.

Hugh is a furniture nerd with eleven years of experience in the furniture industry, coordinating projects throughout their journey, including specification, design, delivery, and finance. Having built close working relationships with commercial and design teams, Hugh can facilitate a seamless integration of architectural and furniture schemes. Involving the client in showroom tours and site visits, paired with his vast connections with trusted suppliers, allows Hugh to develop exceptional specifications for your project. Hugh takes pride in his ability to design outstanding workspaces that are impactful and uniquely tailored to each client’s needs.

Rhiannon’s passion for furniture stems from her background in interior architecture and product design. Being design-led enables her to push the boundaries with finishes and textures to complement any building, its interior and surroundings. Rhiannon continuously develops her relationships with a multitude of suppliers allowing her to create bespoke and tailored solutions for each space.

Mel’s been in the creative industry for over ten years, starting as an interior designer and then becoming a furniture consultant. Mel has an extensive skill set, having seen various projects through to completion in various sectors. Mel works closely with clients and design teams to understand project drivers and timelines, coordinating workshops and liaising with industry contacts to offer a comprehensive product selection. With a keen eye for detail and a flair for fresh ideas and design, Mel is passionate about taking a sustainable approach to furniture solutions, whether incorporating the old with the new or working with manufacturers conscious of their ecological footprint.
Sales Support Coordinator
Hajer joined the furniture industry four years ago and hasn't looked back since. With a background in project coordination and administrative support in finance, she has found the furniture industry to be full of new discoveries. Starting on the manufacturer side, she recently moved to the dealer side. Joining Platfform has been an eye opener and added additional strings to her bow. Hajer loves every aspect of sales support at Platfform and appreciates learning from everyone else in the team.

Miska's journey with Modus began in 2006, well before it evolved into WFG. She started as a contract administrator, managing job creation, overseeing engineers, and handling payroll and client invoicing. She later transitioned to Procurement and, after having children, joined the Finance team.
In 2022, Miska made an internal move to Platfform, stepping into the magical world of furniture as Sales Support. She's not just about getting the job done—she’s all about making it fun and collaborative. Miska's dedication shines through in every project, turning challenges into triumphs and ensuring everyone receives top-notch sales support.

Adam started his career as a building control surveyor before transitioning into a project manager role with a leading European furniture manufacturer for several years. He later joined Platfform, becoming an invaluable part of our sales support team. Adam's dedication and reliability shine through in his work, and he continuously contributes to the team's success as he develops his expertise within the industry.

Zaynah has been in the bespoke furniture industry for over eight years, managing client accounts from the first point of contact, proposing designs unique to each space, and overseeing the installation process. With a passion for designing and executing client briefs with attention to care and detail, no matter how small or big a project is. She has a flair for getting involved with all aspects of the role and retaining all she can to be as informative and proactive as possible to provide great service.

Emmanuel's experience covers the hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors, where he's consistently delivered beyond client expectations. With a solid foundation in construction project management and bespoke FF&E manufacturing, he ensures every detail is handled from start to finish.

Coming from a design background, Goda has a blend of experience in interior design, furniture product development, customer service, and team management. Her organisational skills and eye for detail let her combine her wide range of experience into the smooth delivery of projects. Ambitious, curious, and always eager to learn, Goda is driven to grow professionally and personally. She's always enthusiastic about taking on new projects and, in her free time, loves to travel and get lost in a good book.
