This Tenant-Ready™ floor at 1 Old Queen Street for an Asset Management Firm was designed to meet the expectations of future tenants with high standards. We delivered a furniture package for Level 1, supplying every item needed to support work, welcome visitors, and enable collaboration, all while complementing the building’s historic character.

Timeless Pieces for a Modern Tenant

The brief focused on flexibility, quality and long-term relevance. In the reception lounge, two Hari lounge chairs from Odarrettha in vibrant Spradling Nectarine upholstery create a strong visual anchor, softened by a three-seater Lola sofa from Workstories in Camira Quest fabric. Black MFC Air coffee tables, also from Workstories, tie the area together with a refined finish.

Meeting rooms are fitted with Workaround tables from Rawside in light oak and black steel, supported by CT mesh chairs from Workstories. Stackable chairs with cantilever bases were used in the smaller rooms, while the boardroom features 4-star swivel chairs to elevate the setting.

Ready for Anything

In the open-plan zone, Nova U desks from Narbutas are paired with Eggy task chairs from Nowy Styl, each with integrated Sourcetec Nano power modules for immediate use.

The shared spaces were fitted with a long hot desk from Rawside’, finished with Cici chairs from Workstories in sage. The tea point and soft seating areas feature Sling lounge chairs, an additional Air table, and timber Rawside planters to add natural separation.

Two Penelope phone booths from JDD Furniture, lined in Camira Synergy fabric, were installed to provide quiet, private space for calls or focused work, a ready-made solution for a changing tenant base.
