Platfform has developed a great deal of purchasing power and the best service levels with our many suppliers due to the considerable amount of business we do with them annually. We know that we need to work closely with them to create the relationships that ultimately help us deliver great projects. Whether it be one hand painted coffee table or a bespoke boardroom suite with exotic finishes and complex integrated AV equipment, we have a trusted supplier who can provide it.

Some clients decide to reuse existing furniture in their new space, along with new furniture to top up where required.

Platfform offers a complete furniture audit service from a quick tally up of a few existing furniture pieces to a full, comprehensive audit including more in depth information such as calculating exact linear meterage of storage required per person in the new space. We then provide a full list of the audited furniture with a description, quantity and photo of each item plus any additional information required for easy reference.

We understand that buying new furniture for your office is a significant investment and that you may want to see the product and check the quality. The Platfform team can arrange showroom visits or organise mock ups and samples if required, to give peace of mind prior to placing an order.

The Platfform Project Management team work tirelessly to ensure the final installation phase of each project runs smoothly and efficiently. They coordinate direct deliveries to the clients site and consolidated deliveries redirected via our warehouse with our installation teams, ready to build and locate each job to the highest standards.

In addition to the installation of new furniture, Platfform work with Move Management specialists to help businesses move between locations, which can be logistically complex and potentially disruptive. We’ll provide the crates, packaging, labels and a detailed plan so you know when everything will take place, coordinated seamlessly with the other elements of your move.

In addition to providing new furniture solutions, we work with accredited recycling and refurbishment companies to help our clients reuse, refurbish or recycle their existing furniture if required. This helps reduce the environmental impact of each piece of furniture by either extending its lifecycle or making sure the highest percentage of raw materials can be extracted, processed and remade into something new with the minimum of wastage.
